Aaron Taylor‑Johnson as Jamie
Jamie ventures beyond a quarantined island via a heavily defended causeway, confronting heightened danger. Taylor‑Johnson rose to prominence in Kick‑Ass and the MCU as Pietro Maximoff, with credits including Bullet Train, Nocturnal Animals, Tenet, and upcoming Nosferatu.
Jodie Comer as Isla
Isla, wife to Jamie and mother to Spike, is a central figure among the survivors. Comer gained acclaim for roles in Killing Eve, The Last Duel, Free Guy, and the series Help.
Ralph Fiennes as Dr Ian Kelson
Dr Kelson has survived on the mainland for nearly three decades following the outbreak. Fiennes is widely known for portraying Lord Voldemort in the Harry Potter franchise, as well as performances in The English Patient, Schindler’s List, and The Grand Budapest Hotel.

Alfie Williams as Spike
Spike is the young son of Jamie and Isla, portrayed by Williams, who previously appeared as Ghost Theo in His Dark Materials.
Edvin Ryding as Erik Sundqvist
Erik Sundqvist is another island survivor played by Ryding, best known for his role as Prince Wilhelm in Young Royals.
Erin Kellyman as Jimmy Ink
Jimmy Ink’s role is under wraps. Kellyman starred in Solo: A Star Wars Story, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and Willow.
Jack O’Connell and Chi Lewis‑Parry
Their characters are yet to be named. O’Connell appears in SAS Rogue Heroes and Skin, while Lewis‑Parry has roles in Gladiator II and Kraven the Hunter.

Angus Neill as Emaciated Infected
Neill plays a walker infection; his striking, gaunt presence sparked rumors of Cillian Murphy’s return, later clarified as false. This is Neill’s debut film role. According to The Guardian, he was personally chosen by director Danny Boyle. He described Boyle’s set presence as “extraordinary” and “hypnotic.”
