Sengoku Youko Anime Takes Break, Part 2 Returns in July 2024

Fans of the “Sengoku Youko” anime will have to wait a few months for the conclusion, as the official Twitter account has announced that the series will take a break after airing Part 1 this Spring 2024, before returning with Part 2 in July.

According to OtakuMantra, Part 1 of “Sengoku Youko,” which premiered on January 10, 2024, covered the World Reform Siblings Arc (Yonaoshi Kyodai-hen) of the original manga by Mizukami Satoshi. The first part aired 13 episodes, animated by Studio White Fox.

Part 2 to Adapt Thousand Demons Chaos Arc

After the Spring 2024 break, the anime will return in July 2024 with Part 2, adapting the final Thousand Demons Chaos Arc (Sen Ma Konton-hen) from the manga. The official Twitter account shared a new key visual for Part 2.

Full Anime Scheduled for 37 Episodes

According to the announcement, the “Sengoku Youko” anime is listed with a total of 37 episodes, aiming to adapt the entire manga by Mizukami Satoshi across both parts. Director Aizawa Masahiro is helming the series, with Hanada Juuki handling scripts and series composition. Character designs are by Yousuke Okuda, and Evan Call is composing the music.
